General English is a sequential and developmental set of courses designed to develop students' communication skills and fluency in: Speaking and Pronunciation, Reading, Listening, Writing, Grammar and Vocabulary.

General English prepares students so that they can use English to communicate fluently with confidence and accuracy in all situations.

For students who intend to take the IELTS exam or for those students who require to use English in a professional or academic capacity. Class sizes are a maximum of 12 students

Make the most out of your time studying in Australia with help from TIES. We have two afternoon High School ESL classes each week specifically designed for International Students.

Our High School ESL course is only for International Students studying in Townsville and run on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (4:00pm-5:00pm)

The TIES English Elite Program has been designed to assist students in gaining better English grades. The EEP is for students in grade 5-8 and is an excellent preparation for entering the middle schooling years.

Does your child need help with:

• Grammar
• Reading
• Writing
• Vocabulary

Our EEP is for students studying in Townsville and run on Monday and Wednesday afternoons (4:00pm-5:00pm). Most students attend classes on both Monday and Wednesday to get the most benefit from the classes.

Make the most out of your time living in Australia with help from TIES. Improve your English and achieve the best results possible in your IELTS test. We have two night classes each week designed to suit your needs (limited places available).

Our English Language Night Classes run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (5:30pm-6:30pm)

• Advanced learners who may have reached a plateau in their learning
